Joe joined WTI in 2005 as the National Sales Manager. During his time here he has been key in tripling business and instrumental in organizing personal and process flow.

Quality Assurance Manager
Terri joined WTI in 2006 as a Quality Technician and she has been an integral part of our Quality team for the last 11 years. Terri is well versed in all aspects of our products and manufacturing process which makes her a key member of the team ensuring we provide exceptional quality and customer service.
Special Projects Manager
Steve joined WTI in early 2015 as "the" special projects manager with a 20+ years background in the roll tooling industry. With his vast behind the scenes knowledge, Steve is the key to helping WTI grow from the inside out.
Inside Sales & CS Manager
Molly started her WTI career in 2017; she comes to us with over 20 years of industry knowledge and sales experience. Molly has held positions in Marketing, Material Planning and Customer Service/Sales and will be a great asset to our Sales and Customer Service Department. She will also help improve processes and grow sales.
Mike joined WTI in 2010. With his past sales experience Mike is our go to guy for cold calling and driving new customer business.
Since joining WTI in 2012, Nick has held various positions starting in the coil bay, Shipping Supervisor, Logistics Coordinator and Customer Service. He will be transitioning to Regional Sales Manager where he will hit the road visiting current customers along with new customers to grow the business. His hands on knowledge of WTI manufacturing process with greatly help landing new accounts.
Sarah joined WTI in 2008 as a customer service rep with a background in automotive transportation. In the 7 years of growth (WTI growth info) she is now the inside sales & quoting specialist.
Customer Service Account Manager
Penni joined WTI in 2013 with many years experience in the customer service industry. She is a key contact with many of our largest accounts, and her ability to organize makes her an asset to WTI as a whole.
Matt joined WTI in 2007 as the logistics coordinator. At the time WTI was running 1 shift since that time we have grown to a 3 shift shipping operation. Matt's experience has made our shipping department organized and a smooth running machine.
