Joe joined WTI in 2005 as the National Sales Manager. During his time here he has been key in tripling business and instrumental in organizing personal and process flow.
Gary joined WTI in 2008 as the first CFO. With his 20+ years of manufacturing / accounting experience he was also key in implementing our ERP system in 2012.
VP of Operations
Ryan joined WTI in 2013 as a production manager. With his 15+ years of manufacturing background he has since moved up to COO in 2014. His job functions include overseeing out Orwell plant as well as the San Antonio plant.
Sarah joined WTI in 2008 as a customer service rep with a background in automotive transportation. In the 7 years of growth (WTI growth info) she is now the inside sales & quoting specialist.
Special Projects Manager
Steve joined WTI in early 2015 as "the" special projects manager with a 20+ years background in the roll tooling industry. With his vast behind the scenes knowledge, Steve is the key to helping WTI grow from the inside out.
V.P. of Sales
Iain joined WTI in 2006 as the Regional Sales Rep. With his 20+ years of sales experience, he has been a vital part of increasing sales with new and existing key accounts.
Mike joined WTI in 2010. With his past sales experience Mike is our go to guy for cold calling and driving new customer business.
Customer Service Account Manager
Nick joined WTI in 2012 working in the coil bay. Since then he has worked his way up holding a variety of positions including, 2nd shift shipping supervisor, logistics coordinator and finally promoted to customer service in early 2015. He is able to excel at servicing our customers with his knowledge and understanding of WTI manufacturing process.
Customer Service Account Manager
Penni joined WTI in 2013 with many years experience in the customer service industry. She is a key contact with many of our largest accounts, and her ability to organize makes her an asset to WTI as a whole.
Customer Service Assistant
Shelly joined WTI in 2006 as an administrative assistant. Her previous background was in customer service which made her the perfect candidate to fill the CS assistant in 2011. In this position she has become the most cross functional member of our team.
Terri joined WTI in 2006 as a Quality technician, being the right hand of the quality manager for over 5 years has made her one of the "go to" people in assuring quality products ship from our facilities.
Director of Quality
Bruce joined WTI in 2013. With his 20+ years of automotive quality experience he is an asset to our company. He excels with customer interact and documentation.
Matt joined WTI in 2007 as the logistics coordinator. At the time WTI was running 1 shift since that time we have grown to a 3 shift shipping operation and also added a plant. Matt's experience has made our shipping department organized and a smooth running machine.
