Welded Tubes has been a committed OEM partner since 1959, producing high quality, tight tolerance tubing. Our products fall into three major categories. First, are the small diameter heavy wall products that are used for automotive applications such as headrests. Second are small diameter products that are made from, lighter gauge steels used for applications such as seat adjusters. A third broad category is appliance related tubing that is used for applications such as heat exchangers, burner manifolds and water heater couplings.
Customer surveys have indicated that WTI's advantages over their competitors are three-fold (a) very high quality if not the best in the industry, (b) tight tolerances and (c) ultra high material grades that exceed what is commonly available from other suppliers. WTI has developed state-of-the-art techniques to evaluate the weld quality, metallurgical, during the manufacturing process.
